KHEAA is invested in making the College Application Campaign the best that it can be, and we need your help in gathering some basic information for evaluation of the program’s impact and success.

The data collection process is simpler than ever! In an effort to lessen the reporting requirement for schools, KHEAA is no longer asking for a roster of individual students who have participated in your program. Instead, everything can be reported through the student and site coordinator surveys, which are linked online and take less than 5 minutes to complete. Here is what we need:

  • Before students leave the computer lab after completing their admission applications, please have them complete the student survey (linked under the Student tab). This is a very brief survey in which they will report the number of applications they completed, the schools to which they applied and answer a few questions about the program in general.
  • Once your school’s event has been wrapped up, please complete the site coordinator survey (linked under the Counselor tab). This is a very brief survey in which you will report the total number of students that participated in your College Application Campaign, the total number of applications they submitted and answer a few questions about the program in general.
    • Below is a template for a sign-out sheet you may want to have in the computer lab to help track how many students participate and how many applications they submit. This is just a suggestion. Feel free to use your own form or download and edit this form to suit your school’s needs.
